Do you work on a desk all day long? Sitting for long hours or performing repetitive tasks can result in a painful neck. Overworking your spine could intensify your neck pain and limit your functionality.
Stretching will help ease tight muscles on your neck and spine. It helps relieve pressure from nerves in the cervical region, reducing neck pain. When stretching, strengthen your muscles as you tilt your head on one side. Hold the position for a minute and tilt your head to the other side. Aim to stretch frequently, at least twice a day, to get relief from neck pain.
